Property Sales?

Question is these days is will the price of property go up or down? we hear in the news about the north and south divide, but actually the price of property fluctuates across the UK frequently.

Still the safest bet is bricks and mortor, good for investment and the like. The south alsways fairs better when it comes to home sales and I think Milton Keynes nay Northants is a safe bet for the biggest single investment in your life. Your home!

Property Sales in Milton Keynes

It seems a great place to live, the property in Milton Keynes is expensive but the benefits of living there seem to outweigh the cost:) an informative site on the MK area is http://www.360miltonkeynesestateagents.co.uk/. Containing info on property sales and the like.

Life down south it seems is far slower than up north, the cost of houses from estate agents in merseyside is typically £80K - £140K whereas down in Milton Keynes the cost seems to range from £100K - min - to £500K big differance this is!

Information on the Area:

Why move to Northants, Milton Keynes?
This is an exciting and vibrant place to live and work. It is one of the fastest growing urban areas with the population set to increase in size by 55% in the next 30 years. The leisure facilities include an Xscape snowslope, an indoor skydiving centre, a high ropes course, a cable tow for wakeboarding, Daytona Racing Track and much more. Open air concerts are played at the National Bowl near Furzton and the MK Dons are based at their new £22m stadium near Bletchley.

The area has several areas of woodland based in Brickhill, Linford Wood and Shenley which boasts bird watching or a scenic walk. There are some beautiful parks such as North Willen Park (bird sanctuary), Great Linford Park and Ouzel Valley Park where wildlife can be seen. For those of you who enjoy the water there are several lakes including Caldecote, Furzton, Tongwell and Willen to name a few. These lakes provide a scenic walk and Willen and Caldecote host water sports so there is something for everyone.

thecentre:mk is one of the longest shopping malls in Europe. With the addition of Midsummer Place, Milton Keynes remains a premier place to shop. For the rest of the family there are always a good selection of exhibitions and shows for them to enjoy. Shopping is not confined to Central Milton Keynes - the older towns of Stony Stratford, Newport Pagnell, Bletchley, Wolverton, Woburn Sands and Olney all have busy high streets with a range of smaller shops offering a more traditional shopping atmosphere. There are plenty of out of town retail parks at Rooksley, Kingston, Oldbrook and Westcroft providing a good alternative to MK centre.
